Return Policy and Shipping
ALL WAREHOUSE SALE, ADOPTION AND CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise may be returned if post marked within 14 days from the date that you received it (according to your tracking number). To request a free return shipping label, email email@example.com with your order number and items you would like to return. Attach the free shipping return label to your package and drop at any USPS location. Upon receipt, if the returned merchandise is deemed to be unwashed, unworn and unused, a refund will be issued within 5–10 business days. Any returns after 14 days will be eligible for store credit.
Shoe Returns: Shoes must be returned with the original shoebox intact + unaltered, the shoebox cannot be used as a package. Any tape or labels placed on the shoebox will result in the package being refused + no refund will be issued.
Swim Returns: All swim returns must be in original condition. Tags must be attached and all liners must still be in place for it to be in returnable condition. All swimwear will be extensively inspected for any sign of prolonged wear. If found, the item will not be considered returnable and will be sent back to customer.
Because our inventory is constantly changing, we do not do exchanges. If you are wanting to exchanging an item, we recommend you purchase the replacement item right away from our site to guarantee availability. It will be shipped immediately, and the item you are returning will be processed as a return.
Shipping: Please allow 24-48 hours for fulfillment and 5-7 business days for items to be received, unless noted in the order that there is a different timeframe.
